Venison walk-in cooler
The hunting cooler allows for proper storage and slows down the maturation process of the meat. The Cool Craft chamber is fully mobile and, at the customer’s request, it can also be autonomous by equipping the chamber with a 2.5kW diesel generator.

Our chambers are equipped with high-quality components. The floor of the hunting cooler is made of insulation and aluminium corrugated sheet. The walls and ceiling of the chamber consist of panels with a PIR core with a density of 40 kg / m3 and an external and internal cladding in the form of galvanized sheet. The heat transfer coefficient of a 100mm thick PIR panel is 0.22 W / m2K, the panel is additionally characterized by a fire resistance of EI 30 (an optional 120mm thickness is also available).
Equipment
The equipment of the chamber also includes wall or ceiling LED interior and exterior lighting. We offer a full range of doors (any dimensions, mounted on a panel or flush with the wall, right or left), while the standard 800x2000mm left. Reinforced PVC condensate drain hose, thanks to its flexibility and strength, allows to run the drain even in the most inaccessible places. It is transparent and therefore it is easy to detect blockages and icing. The refrigerator is equipped with a stainless pipe for hanging hooks with a load capacity of 200 kg, and the option of installing a winch with a maximum load of 600 kg is optionally available.
Cool Craft refrigeration units
The chambers are equipped with cooling units of our production, working on the ecological R290 (propane) refrigerant, which means that restrictions on refrigerants do not threaten our chamber. The filling is so low that there is no need to worry.
The equipment of the chambers is freely configurable by the customer.

- insulated floor: with the threshold, flushed with the floor level in the room
- underfloor heating system preventing the substrate from freezing
- freezer doors: hinged, equipped with installation of frame and threshold heaters; flush, on the panel, with a built-in cooling system controller; with a width of 800 [mm], 900 [mm], 1000 [mm], 1100 [mm], 1200 [mm] and a standard height of 2000 [mm]; with the possibility of ordering a door fitted to each opening
- sliding freezer doors equipped with the installation of frame and threshold heaters
- curtain: strip made of PVC foil, Cold Stop®
- lighting: with on / off switch, with an infrared detector, with a microwave detector, with a motion detector; wall, ceiling
- condensate drain from the cooler: from a reinforced PVC hose, from white sewage pipes, equipped with a heating system preventing condensation freezing in chambers with a temperature of <0 oC
- Cool Craft freezing units operating in the temperature range from 0 oC to -30 oC individually designed to the size of the chamber and the number and types of stored goods
