HBPS NH3 Pressure sensor
HBPS is a pressure sensor that is specially developed for the refrigeration industry. The sensor has a stainless membrane, and the housing is also made of stainless steel. It has a quick reaction time of < 1 s, and it is accessible in 3 pressure ranges of 0...6 bar, -1...25 bar and -1...200 bar.
HBTS/Cable NH3 Cable Temperature Sensor
The Cable Temperature Sensors are used as signal sensors for electronic thermostats, regulators and thermometers.
HBTS NH3 Temperature sensor
HBTS is a temperature sensor in accordance with DIN 60751, and it is available in two variants, PT100 and PT1000 – DIN B – class 3. The sensor is designed for the refrigeration industry where servicing of the electronics can be carried out without emptying the system of refrigerant. The sensor is delivered with a 60 & 90 mm sensor element length and a 6 mm sensor diameter.
HBTS-TR NH3 Temperature transmitter sensor
The sensor is designed for the refrigeration industry where servicing of the electronics can be carried out without emptying refrigerant from the system.
HBPH-MK2 NH3/Brine leakage sensor
HBPH-MK2 is a pH sensor designed for the extreme requirements of industrial refrigeration. It is used to measure the pH value of brine in case of an ammonia leak in a heat exchanger.
HBPH-C1 NH3/Brine leakage Display
HBPH-C1 is a display designed for connection with the HBPH sensor. In the display, it is possible to calibrate and set up the alarm limit. The display is provided in a version for installation into the front of a panel, as well as a version built into the cabinet. The cabinet version has a 110/240 V supply and can be installed either indoors or outdoors.
HBGS NH3 leakage alarm/sensor
HBGS fulfils the requirements for gas leakage measurement in accordance with F-GAS regulation EU/517/2014. HBGS detects NH3 (R717) in a range of 25… 500 ppm. It is an independent unit that must be supplied with 24 V DC. It has 3 built-in digital alarm outputs and 1 analogue 4… 20 mA output. The sensor can be set up using a PC with the HB Configuration Tool.
HBSR NH3 switch – 24 V AC/DC
HBSR is a level switch for the detection of NH3 and Brine refrigerants.
HBSR-SSR-2 NH3 Refrigerant switch- 90..240 VAC
HBSR-SSR-2 is a level switch for the detection of NH3 and Brine refrigerants.
HBSR-SSR-1/IP NH3 switch – Low temperature
HBSR-SSR-1/IP is a level switch for detecting liquid in refrigeration systems. Typically, it is installed in/on the receiver, but it is also suited for installation in other locations where a level indication is required. The sensor's measurement principle makes it unique for these purposes, since the properties of the measurement principle as well as its special construction allows it to withstand high pressure and low refrigerant temperatures.
HBAC NH3/CO2 leakage switch
HBAC is used for detecting leakage in cascade systems. The sensor triggers an alarm if there is an CO2 leak in the NH3 part. A leak results in several hours of cleaning the pipes and heat exchanger. If a CO2 leak occurs in the NH3 part, salt crystals are formed. These salt crystals are very corrosive and lead to clogging of the parts. If the leak is not stopped in time, it can lead to extensive damage to the heat exchanger, pipes, and pump.
The sensor detects even very small leaks.
HBLT-Wire NH3 Refrigerant Level Sensor (wire)
HBLT-wire is a capacitive sensor for level measurement of NH3 refrigerant in industrial refrigeration systems.
The sensor has an output signal of 4-20 mA, which is proportional with 0 and 100%.Its output signal is 4 mA for an empty container and 20 mA for a full container.HBLT-wire can be adjusted in length to the current application. The sensor element consists of a 2mm steel wire as well as a Teflon tube. Both parts are provided with a length of 4 m and can be shortened with diagonal cutters or other pliers.HBLT-wire can be used in connection with the HBLT-C1 controller for controlling pumps.
HBLT-A2 NH3 Refrigerant Level Sensor
HBLT-A2 capacitive liquid level transmitters are used to measure liquid levels in refrigerant vessels. The sensor transmits a current signal from 4 to 20 mA (4 mA when the transmitter does not register liquid - and 20 mA when the entire transmitter is surrounded by liquid).
HBLT-A1 NH3 Refrigerant Level Sensor (AKS41)
HBLT capacitive liquid level transmitters are used to measure liquid levels in refrigerant vessels.
The HBLT transmits an active 4-20 mA signal which is proportional to the liquid level.
4 mA when the transmitter does not register liquid and 20 mA when the entire transmitter is surrounded by liquid
The 4-20 mA signal from HBLT can be used in conjunction with a controller e.g HBLT-C1 to control the liquid level.
HBLC NH3 Level controller
HBLC is an intelligent sensor with a built-in microprocessor. It is designed to control refrigerant levels in both low pressure and high pressure systems. It emits a 4-20 mA signal, which is proportional to the sensor's set range of measurement.
HBCP NH3 Compressor protection
HBCP is a new revolutionary, patent-pending sensor technology and it is the first sensor in the world capable of measuring the condition of gas and liquid refrigerant in a refrigeration system. HBCP is used for detecting gas quality at the intake found on refrigeration compressors. The sensors thereby ensure that liquid refrigerant does not enter the compressor, causing damage to the moving parts.
